UMPG, Black Eyed Peas Drummer Ink Deal

Universal Music Publishing Group has signed a deal with Keith Harris which encompasses Harris' catalogue, including the Black Eyed Peas hit “Imma Be.”

Through the agreement, UMPG now represents Harris’ publishing rights for the US and Canada and will represent Harris’ worldwide publishing in July 2010, upon completion of his deal with EMI Music Publishing.

Harris also has co-writing credits on songs by Mariah Carey, Estelle, Chris Brown, Kelis and Mary J. Blige among others. He's been the drummer for the Black Eyed Peas and Fergie since 2003 and is currently on the road with Black Eyed Peas for The E.N.D. World Tour 2010.
