Jingle Punks Music LLC, a music publishing and technology company founded in August, 2008 by Jared Gutstadt and Dan Demole, announced today that it has completed a substantial equity financing. A handful of private investors put together by Hammerline Capital, a privately held NY investment company, including Steve Kofsky of New Remote Publishing and Spencer Hyman former COO of Last.fm, have invested $800,000 in the company.

Jingle Punks will appear at the 2010 Billboard Music and Advertising conference June 15 and 16 in New York.
