Essential Music & Marketing has signed a European services deal with U.S. indie Vagrant.

The U.K. marketing and distribution company, part of the Cooking Vinyl Group, kicked off the partnership wuth Stars' new album "The Five Ghosts." The deal also includes catalog from the Hold Steady, Alkaline Trio and Get Up Kids as well as new international releases for Vagrant.

Essential also has new worldwide services deals with labels Cheap Thrills, alongside services deals with dance act Fake Blood, Peter Hook's Freebass project and U.K. rock act Feeder. The new Feeder album "Renegades" is released today (July 5) on the band's own Big Teeth Music label.
